Ms. Ricafrente is the Center for Research’s new Senior Research Fellow. She is latin honor graduate of BS Biology Central Mindanao University University. She serves as Project Coordinator for Governance, Climate Change and Indigenous Studies of the Center for Research.

Ms. Jovelyn B. Aberion is the Director for Administration of the Southeast Asian Institute Group of Companies- Southeast Asian Institute Oroquieta City Campus, Southeast Asian Institute Pagadian City Campus and Pagadian city Chamber School. She holds a Doctorate in Education.
Prof. Paul Omar P. Gangoso, MPM, MIT
Senior Research Adviser
Prof. Gangoso is Southeast Asian Institute of Public Management’s Founder and the former CEO of Ecolink Philippines, a multi-awarded NGO. He is a former Project Development Specialist of ANSA-EAP Ateneo School of Government and a technical consultant for ADB, WB, PTF, DFID and USAID projects in Asia and the Pacific. He is a fellow of U.S. State Department/ IREX.
